High-packing columns
Multi-column Chromatography System is used in the scale-up production of high-packing column chromatography, solving the problem that a single chromatography column cannot be packed more than 50cm. The multi-column chromatography system can be connected to multiple chromatography columns, each column packed 40cm before use in series. Parallel connection during equilibrium, cleaning and regeneration, and series connection during sample loading and elution, reducing the overall time by more than 40%. The alternation between parallel and series operation of the column segments is what leads to the gain in savings and overall throughput/efficiency.
