For PUPSIT and sterilization filtration processes, Lisure has newly developed Disposable PUPSIT System - PUPSIT 5in SU, which can realize inline automatic integrity detection of buffer filters to ensure the system is sterile. As a fully automated ready-to-use system, PUPSIT 5in SU has flexible formula editing and convenient operation. Disposable pumps and instruments can be selected from famous international brands, making it easy to implement PUPSIT and sterilization filtration processes. It ensures the compliance, stability and controllability of the drug production process and is suitable for 100~200L products.

The automatic control pinch valve is used. Small valve body does not contact buffer directly, which can avoid medium contamination. It is easy to clean and maintain, and only requires the hose to be replaced. It can be equipped with a position sensor to achieve automatic control.
